Judges distributed the
following awards at the 33rd Annual Founders’ Days Grand Parade, sponsored by Crunch
Pak and honoring members of the 2011 Founding Family, Leon and Stella LaVigne.
“With nearly 70 entries this year, we
had a fantastic mix of community floats, equestrian groups, and youth and
commercial entries,” said Steve Godfrey, chairman of the 2011 grand parade.
“And with 32 volunteers who helped pull this effort off, I was thrilled to see
the pride in our community. I am very pleased with the way the parade turned
out, and I’m looking forward to doing it again next year.”
